Hypnotherapy is an incredibly effective, fast way of addressing a range of problems. As a certified hypnotherapist I use hypnosis as a way of helping you access your unconscious mind, bypassing the more logical, rational conscious mind. The unconscious mind stores every memory and experience we have ever had and communicating with it directly is a quick, powerful way to create lasting change.
During the session I will guide you into the deeply relaxed state of hypnosis and we will then utilise the heightened awareness of the hypnotic state to bring about the change you are seeking. Once you are in hypnosis, I use a combination of techniques to identify the root cause of your problem and quickly establish the change you require. This change is rapid, often almost instantaneous, as the unconscious mind is responsible for all learning and change.
Hypnotherapy can be used for a wide range of issues such as anxiety, addiction, confidence, insomnia, phobias, stress, weight management and to alleviate the symptoms of chronic illness and pain.

I can use this technique to help you heal past trauma without the need for you to go into any detail about your past. This makes Time Line Therapy®️ different to traditional, talking therapies. The process, which takes minutes rather than hours removes unwanted thoughts, limiting beliefs (such as “I am not confident”), emotions (such as anger or sadness) and behaviour.
